Dear Valued Patient:

After careful consideration, Dentistry for Children will no longer offer orthodontic services in our Cliffside Park and Jersey City offices. The last day for orthodontics in these offices will be January 26^th and January 31^st, respectively. We understand that this news may inconvenience you and your child. However, we aim to make this transition as seamless as possible for you.

You may choose to select another nearby orthodontist for your child’s treatment. If so, we recommend you first consult with your insurance carrier to ensure they are in network with the new provider. You can request your child’s records by completing the form linked below. Please allow 7-10 days for the request to be processed. We will send you your child’s records via email.

Your child may also continue their orthodontic care at one of our other Dentistry for Children locations. The closest office to Jersey City and Cliffside Park is Dentistry for Children of Howell in Monmouth County. Additional orthodontic locations are in Toms River and Jackson Township. Your child’s records are already in our system and require no action on your part to have them moved to the new office.
