My son is special needs and needed a tooth extracted that the Howell location dropped the ball on addressing. Dr. O saw us the day before and cleared a spot on his schedule for the next day to take care of my sons rotten tooth. He is patient and explained the process to my son the whole time and kept him calm. The numbing shot was seamlessly done without my son even realizing what was happening. It was an absolutely amazing experience and we are forever grateful that we had Dr. O as our doctor. The staff is also super sweet and helpful and got us in super fast! Thank you so much Dr. O! they are the BEST team I had worked with. My children are on the spectrum and Dr. Stillman has been phenomenal with them.  We have been with the team for 9 years and counting.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I would like to thank the wonderful team at the Dentistry for Children in located in Neptune. It took a bit to find a suitable pediatric dentist. We have been coming here for years now. My ten year old daughter actually doesn't mind going to the dentist! Their gentleness, incredible patience, and warm bedside manner make my daughter feel completely at ease. The office is exceptionally organized and run with friendliness and professionalism.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  My almost 2-year-old son had a great time at his first visit with Dr Maggie and the Hygienist. They made him feel super comfy and relaxed. Dr Maggie took her time explaining things related to his teeth and surrounded tissues at this age.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Dr. Trillo and Fran, the hygienist, were absolutely AMAZING with my child, who has special needs! They were patient, compassionate, understanding, and incredibly kind. They made my child feel comfortable and treated us with genuine care and respect. It means so much to find professionals who go above and beyond to make the dental experience a positive one for children with special needs. Dr. Trillo and Fran truly deserve recognition for the outstanding care they provide!

The young lady who checked us in was also very sweet, welcoming, and helpful. She took the X-rays and helped us get started on a positive note.

Unfortunately, the checkout experience was disappointing. The young lady at checkout came across as irritated and acted as though assisting patients was an inconvenience. Customer service matters, and a friendly, respectful attitude can make a significant difference in the overall experience.

Despite that negative interaction, I want to emphasize how wonderful Dr. Trillo and Fran were. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made a lasting impression on us, and they are a tremendous asset to the practice. They deserve the highest praise for the exceptional care they gave my child. I sincerely hope the checkout experience can improve to reflect the same level of warmth and professionalism that Dr. Trillo and Fran demonstrated.
